Thank you for submitting an order form with Belly Bean Designs! Here is where you will upload your photos. By following the guidelines below, this will help your proofing process run more smoothly:
1. Please make sure to include your first and last name, as well as your baby's name, in the Message portion of the dropbox page. Any photo editing requests (i.e. placement of photos on your proof; cropping; zooming; red eye reduction; etc), should be sent in a separate email to orders@bellybeandesigns.com.
2. Please do NOT edit your photos before sending them in. Cropping requests can be emailed to orders@bellybeandesigns.com and your order form will be noted.
3. Please make sure that photo files are at least 100-150kbs in size and in jpeg format.
4. Please do not send in photos taken with a camera phone; the resolution is much too low for us to use.
5. Please do not send gallery links (i.e. Kodak Gallery, Picture It!, etc). We are unable to access gallery photos.
6. If you are sending in professional photos, please make sure to either fax a signed release to 1-912-727-2833 or ask your photographer to get in touch with us via email at orders@bellybeandesigns.com. We understand that you may have bought the rights to your professional photos, however there is no way of knowing that without seeing proof of it (release letter signed by the photographer---a paid receipt is not acceptable proof). Please be aware, if you send in professional photos, you will not be placed on our proofing schedule until we have the release from the photographer. We apologize for any inconvenience, however we must abide by copyright laws. This is to protect both yourself and Belly Bean Designs from any copyright infringements. If we think your photos look professional, we will contact you to inquire about it. Again, you will not be placed on to our proofing schedule until we hear back from you.
