By placing an proof order with Belly Bean Designs, you will receive a first draft proof with 3 rounds of edits to your first draft proof. Payment is not required at time of proof order, however, by ordering a proof you are committing to ordering the minimum number of prints required from Belly Bean Designs. Our minimum number of photo prints is 30; minimum cardstock order is 1 pack.
Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel your proof order before being placed on our proofing schedule, you are not subject to any cancellation fees. Proof orders canceled after your announcement/design has been proofed will be subject to a $20 cancellation fee, which covers the time our designers applied to editing your photos, customizing your proof, and setting up your page.
Paid orders that have been sent to print may not be cancelled under any circumstances.
Return Policy:
Once a paid order has been sent to print, no refunds or exchanges can be made. We urge you to double check all text, photo placement, before you pay for your proof and approve for print. If you receive your order and for any reason are not satisfied, contact orders@bellybeandesigns.com with a brief description of the issue and we will review the printed file. If a mistake is made by Belly Bean designs, we will reprint your order at no cost to you.
