When will I receive my proof?? Submit your order form and photos by 4pm EST today*, receive your proof by 11:30pm EST 3 business days later (M-F); custom designs, please add an additional 1-2 business days.
*Based on exact or greater number of photos than the design calls for; all photos being at least 150kb or 300dpi in size; professional release included with photos; all information filled out on order form.
If we do not receive your photos within 5
business days, you will need to resubmit your proof order form and
upload your photos when you are ready. You will be redirected to our
photo upload site after submitting this form. Required fields are highlighted in blue-green.
Please fill out all information as completely and accurate as possible.
Incomplete forms will result in a delay of scheduling your proof.
Please do not request a proof if your baby has not been born yet, or if
you do not have your photos ready. Professional photographs MUST
be accompanied with a copyright release from your photographer. We will
not proof your announcement without the release in our files. If we
think your photos may be professional, you will be emailed prior to
being placed on the proofing schedule. We will not place you on the
proofing schedule until we hear back from you.If we do not receive your photos within 5 business days, you will need to resubmit your proof order form and upload your photos when you are ready. You will be redirected to our photo upload site after submitting this form. By submitting this form and your photos, you are committing to ordering the minimum amount of prints required from Belly Bean Designs (minimum of 1 pack of cardstock; minimum 30 photo paper prints).
***PLEASE NOTE*** Please make
sure you place your invitation order to allow for plenty of time for
proofing, editing, printing and shipping. We advise you to place your
order at least 5 to 6 weeks before your expected RSVP date. Our
proofing turn-around time can be found on our Order page. At times of
heavy volumes of orders, we may book a couple of days out. Please be
aware we cannot expedite orders.
We will try our best to get you proofed as soon as possible, however
any orders placed 4 weeks or less than your planned RSVP date cannot be
guaranteed for you to have sufficient response time or allow for any
unforeseen circumstances. If you are placing your order less than 4
weeks before your RSVP date, you are affirming that you are aware of
this. If you would like to see more than 1 different design (example: Alex, Asher, Weston), there will be a $15 fee per design request that will be invoiced prior to placement on the proofing schedule. This fee is non--refundable and covers the time that your designer will work on your multiple proofs.**
