When you place an order with Belly Bean Designs, yout order is processed by our exclusive distributor, Fun and Sassy Designs. The Fun and Sassy Design team will make sure payment has been made, all information needed to create your proof is included, all photos meet the Belly Bean Designs print standards, and then schedule your proof with the Belly Bean Design team for your editing, review and approval prior to print.
NOTE: PLEASE add info@funandsassydesigns.com to your address book/safe senders list. All email correspondence (confirmation emails, proof links, etc) come from this email address. PLEASE check your spam/bulk email folders if you don't receive an email from us within 24 hours.
Place your order:
1. Browse through our galleries and select the design that you love the most. You may choose 1 design to be proofed for. If you would like to be proofed for more than 1 design, a non-refundable fee of $15 per additional design choice will be invoiced. Fee/invoice must be paid prior to your placement on the proofing schedule. This covers the additional time that your designer will be working on your proofs. Example: Requesting proofs for 4 different designs (example: Asher, Alex, Horace and Weston )will result in a fee of $45 being invoiced.
2. Choose your design, include all correpsonding information needed to for your personal designer to complete the proof, select your quantity and any additional add on items and check out via our shopping cart.
Send your photos to Belly Bean Designs
3. Once you have checked out, upload your photos to Belly Bean Designs at our drop box. You will have 5 business days to send in your photos. If you send in your photos after 5 business days since the time you filled out an order form, you will need to notify the Fun and Sassy Customer service team with your order number. We will continue to follow up with you prior to your 5 day time limit.
Order Processing
4. Please note that orders containing professional photos cannot be placed on to our proofing schedule until we have the photographers release "in hand". Also, orders missing the same number of photos or missing any birth stat information will be delayed going on to our proofing schedule until we hear back from you.
5. If all aspects of your order are together (order form filled out in entirety; photos at least 100-150kbs in size; same or greater number of photos then the design of your choice calls for; photographers release included) and are in by 10 pm PST Monday thru Friday, you will be placed on that business days proofing schedule. Orders with photos that are sent after 4pm PST Monday thru Friday will be deemed as being received the next business day. Both order form and photos must be received by 4pm PST to be considered received on the same business day (for example: if your order form is time-stamped 3:50pm and your photos are time-stamped 10:05pm, you are automatically in line for the next day) .
Proofing & Editing
6. The Belly Bean Design Team will edit all of your photos, removes blemishes, and changes them to black and white or sepia if you request.
7. The Belly Bean Design Team will place and crop all of your photos just right for your design. They modify the design colors so they compliment your photos perfectly. They make new graphics, patterns and any special requests you may have! They email you your proof page for you to see!
Jessica and Mary are both committed to making sure your announcement is just perfect, and provides three (4) rounds of edits and changes before your proof is sent to print. They enjoy and welcome any changes as they understand just how important your announcement is to you.
8. View your proof and either request your changes or send your approval for print!
Printing and shipping
9. After you have approved your proof, it is sent to print, received in our office to make sure it looks just how you approved it, then packaged and shipped via USPS priority mail! You should receive your prints in the mail within 7-10 days after you have paid for your order. Would you like your photo card greetings sooner? Upgrading to Express Shipping is an option, however, Express Shipping only effects the time of mailing between our Shipping Department and your hands; it does not include printing time (approximately 3 business days for printing).
NOTE: While we encourage you to place your order online, from time-to-time we will process your order for you over-the-phone if you are having difficulty ordering. However, should you choose to purchase Return Address Printing on your envelopes, we ask that you send an email to info@funandsassydesigns.com with the EXACT way you would like your return address to read PRIOR to calling your order in. Fonts will be matched to your announcement unless you specify otherwise in your email.
10. You receive your announcements and send them out to your friends and family, who we guarantee will be calling to tell you just how beautiful your new addition is!
