Belly Bean Designs creates one-of-a-kind photo announcements, invitations, save-the-dates, bookmarks, holiday cards & thank you cards to your specifications. We work one on one with each of our customers to create the perfect greeting for any occasion. Belly Bean Designs is a family friendly company, focused on providing excellent customer service and products. We want you to love the service so that you will keep coming back for all of your greeting card needs!

| How does it all work? |
Take a look around. We have many lovely galleries for you to look through. It helps our designers if you can tell us what samples you like when you order. Be sure to check out our product list to see all of the printing options we offer.
Not sure about your paper choice? For only a few dollars you can order one of our sample packs which include our popular paper choices so that you can see for yourself how beautiful our prints are!
Expecting or enjoying your babymoon? Pre-order your envelopes! Get your envelopes before your announcements or invitations so that you can address them and have them ready to mail when your greetings arrive. If you do not pre-order you will automatically receive your envelopes with your order.
Ready to order? Choose the product you would like from our galleries, check out, and then upload your photos to us. Your order is not complete until we receive both your order form and your photos.
***Please Note: If you choose not to send in the same amount of photos that your design preference features, please email us to let us know so that we may place you on our proofing schedule sooner rather than later. Not doing so delays your proofing time as we will email or call you to find out if additional photos are being sent.***
Once we have your order, you will receive a link to your proof page at the email address you give us when you order. Our proofing times change depending on the volume of orders we are processing, and the best place to find out how long you will have to wait for a proof is on our home page. Usually you will receive your proof within a few business days. When we are experiencing high volumes of orders, you will be emailed with the Proofing Schedule date that you are on and can expect to see your proof within 1-2 business days after that date.
Request any edits you may have to your proof, and when it's perfect- Submit the "Print my Proof!" form on your proof page!
All orders require a 4 business day turnaround for printing and processing. We then ship from our office via priority mail. You may upgrade to express shipping by adding the item to your basket when you order! Please note this does not affect our processing time, only the time it leaves our office to your home! While we encourage you to place your order online, from time-to-time we will process your order for you over-the-phone if you are having difficulty ordering. However, should you choose to purchase Return Address Printing on your envelopes, we ask that you send an email to Orders@bellybeandesigns.com with the EXACT way you would like your return address to read PRIOR to calling your order in. Fonts will be matched to your announcement unless you specify otherwise in your email. Additionally, an email must be sent to orders@bellybeandesigns.com affirming that everything on your proof is correct and exactly as you wish. After we receive that, we can process your order over the phone for you. And that's it! If you have questions about ordering please email orders@bellybeandesigns.com, we are happy to help.

After you complete your order, you will be directed to a thank you page which contains a link you will need to click on to upload your photos directly to Belly Bean Designs. Did you miss it? You can CLICK HERE now and upload your photos. (This will open a new window.) Please enter your first and last name only in the Enter Message area, as you are limited to a certain number of characters.
Any preferences (cropping, zooming, black & white, etc) that you may have should be emailed separately to orders@bellybeandesigns.com so that they may be placed on your order form. If you have any problems or questions about uploading photos, please contact our photos department: photos@bellybeandesigns.com.

| Can I send more than one photo? |
Please limit the number of photographs you send to ten or less. You will only be able to upload five photos at a time. Please click here to upload your photos to Belly Bean Designs within 5 days of completing your online order form. Your order is not complete until we receive both your order form and your photographs. If you need to snail mail your photos for us to scan please let us know by emailing photos@bellybeandesigns.com. Again, if you do not send in the same amount of photos as your design preference features, please let us know so that your proofing time will not be delayed. |
| What kind of photos can I send? |
You may send your digital images or your printed images for us to scan. Due to copyright issues, we may not replicate images that were taken by a professional photographer without their written release. If your images were taken by a professional photographer please contact them and get a release prior to placing your order. If we think your images may have been taken by a professional photographer we will contact you to request that you provide a release. We have to abide by copyright laws; this is to protect both Belly Bean Designs and yourself.
***PLEASE NOTE***
A purchased CD with your professional photos on it is not automatically considered proof of release. Some photographers upload a signed release to the CD. If your CD contains an uploaded signed release, please email it to orders@bellybeandesigns.com. If it does not, then a signed release on letterhead must be faxed to: 1-912-727-2833. Failure to obtain a release results in us not being able to use professional photos on your photo greeting card.

| Can you fix my damaged/undesirable photo? |
We sure can! We automatically make minor corrections including: cropping, color enhancement, blemish removal and some color tinting. If your image is unsuitable for print or is not correctable, we will let you know as well. The most difficult problem to correct is photos that are over or underexposed. Which means, if they are too dark or too light. Blur can also be very difficult to repair, and if we cannot we will let you know.

| Can you make my proof with low resolution images? |
We do not provide proofs with low resolution images. If you have trouble uploading your high resolution photos, please contact our photos department via email at photos@bellybeandesigns.com. Additionally, we ask that you not send in camera phone photos. Camera phones are set on a very low resolution and we are unable to use the photos that are downloaded from them.

| What is a proof? |
A proof is a low resolution digital image of your announcement. When you order a custom designed greeting from Belly Bean Designs we use the information you provide to create a design just for you. We then email you a link to your proof so that you can view it before you buy it. Once it is just right, you pay for your product and we ship your printed greetings to you.

| What if I need changes to my proof? |
No problem! We intend to make you happy! Simply fill out the form on your proof page to request any necessary edits and we will complete them within 1 business day.

| What methods of payment do you except? |
We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card to process your order. If you pay with an e-check, your order will not go to print until your e-check has cleared. Please contact us if you would like to pay using a check or money order. |
| What does it mean to pre-order envelopes? |
When you pre-order your envelopes you receive them before your announcements arrive so that you have time to address and stamp them. This way you can ship your anxiously awaited announcements out as soon as you get them! Pay just $.20 per envelope to receive your envelopes in advance. Within 1 business day of pre-ordering your envelopes, you will receive an email with a voucher code to be used at check-out for the cost of the pre-ordered envelopes. Please save the emailed code.

| Do I have to pre-order envelopes? |
You do not have to pre-order your envelopes. All orders come with envelopes automatically at no additional fee.

| Why do you have a minimum order for photo papers? |
For both matte and metallic photo paper orders, we require that you order at least 30 announcements or invitations. We have a minimum set because you are not paying for the paper, you are paying for the design! When you check out, if you do not order the minimum of 30 matte or metallic announcements or invitations, we will notify you and send you an invoice for the difference. We appreciate your cooperation! We do not have a minimum set for any of our other paper choices, as you are required to order by the pack.

| How much does it cost to mail my announcements? |
Most of our products will require the usual 41 cent stamp in the US. However, our 5x5 greetings require additional postage.

| Does it cost more to ship my order to Canada? |
Yes, unfortunately shipping costs are higher for orders that go to Canada and other countries. Orders that will ship to Canada are going out Global Priority which is 4 to 6 days. Shipping costs vary between approximately $12 to $18.

| Do you ship outside of the US and Canada? |
Please email our shipping department at shipping@bellybeandesigns.com for information regarding shipping to a country other than the US or Canada. Additionally, when filling out the order form, please do not abbreviate Provinces or Country.

| Do you offer shipping insurance? |
Yes, and we highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance! For only $4 your shipment is insured against damage or theft. Once a package has left our hands we are not responsible for it or in control of what happens to it enroute to you. For piece of mind, we request that you insure your purchase. You can add shipping insurance to your order when you check out. To keep shipping costs low to you, we ship through the United States Postal Service.

| Can I re-order announcements or invitations later? |
Yes! We would like to encourage you to bookmark your proof page for easy re-ordering. Your proof page will be active for three months after you receive your proof email. If you decide you would like to reprint your greeting after this three month period is up, just email us at orders@bellybeandesigns.com and we will reactivate your proof page. Bulk discounts do apply, but not retroactive to your original order.

| Can I purchase my proof and print my announcements myself? |
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we no longer offer the Design Only option.

| Can I make copies and reprint my print order myself? |
No. All of our designs are copyrighted and owned by us. Any replication of our designs is unlawful and unappreciated. If you need help re-ordering, please contact us.
***Federal and state copyright laws provide that the author of a work is the owner of it. Copying a work without the author's permission is a violation of the law. This is true whether or not the image contains a copyright notice on it. Belly Bean Designs owns the copyright of all designs on this website.***

| Can you expedite my order? |
We cannot make exceptions in our proofing schedule, proofing times are posted on our home page and proofs go out on a first come, first serve basis. Your order is not complete until we have both your order form and photos (over 100kbs in jpeg format) in hand. We cannot hold spaces open in our proofing schedule for incomplete orders. We strongly suggest that you order time sensitive greetings like save-the-dates, photo gifts, holiday cards and invitations at least three months prior to your event. If you order 4 weeks or less than your planned event date, please know that while we will try our best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, we are not responsible for printing and mailing times. Please be aware that as the holidays get closer, we may book several days out. You may purchase express shipping from your proof page when you complete your order, but express orders require at least a three day turnaround for in-house printing prior to being shipped. This is to ensure each order goes through our quality assurance department and is lovingly packaged and carefully shipped. |
| I got my order, but there is a problem! |
When you place your order you must affirm that all of the information on your announcement is correct. This includes all text and design elements. If, for example, your proof includes the wrong birth date for your baby, but you do not catch it in the proofing process and you agree that the information is correct and everything is just how you want it, we have no way of knowing this information is not correct and the burden of this mistake is yours. In cases like these, we will gladly reprint at a reduced cost to you. You will pay shipping. We realize many of our customers are new moms and so very tired, and we want to help. If you are having difficulty ordering online and need to call in your order to be processed, we require an email stating that everything is correct (stats, party info, photo colors, etc).
If the mistake is ours we will make it right! Guaranteed. Please contact our customer service department and let us know what the problem is and we will work with you to correct it.

| It's been several days but I haven't received my proof! |
Please email us at orders@bellybeandesigns.com and let us know if you think your proof time has passed and you did not receive a proof. Occasionally the proof email we send our customers is marked as spam by your email client and you don't get your link. If you have been waiting more than 24 hours for an edit to be done, first try Refreshing your proof page. Sometimes your link is still set on the old proof, and once Refreshed, the edited proof pops up. If this is not the case, please shoot us an email so we can check the status. Usually edits are done within 1 business day, however if you don't see your edit completed within 1 business day, please let us know so we can get it done for you.

| Can you ship me a printed copy of my proof before I order? |
Occasionally customers ask us if we can send them a print copy of their proof. Unfortunately we are unable to provide paper copies of your proofs. If you would like to see our papers, please order a sample pack.

| Will my print have the Belly Bean Designs logo on it? |
When we print your design on photo paper we place a small sticker on the back of each print with our logo and url. When we print your design on cardstock or any other paper, we print our small logo in a coordinating color on the back of your greeting. We care about the overall look of your announcement and make sure our logo is not distracting from the design of your greeting.

No way! You can read our privacy policy here. We will never share your personal information with any other company, individual or organization.
