While we do
have posted days and hours on our CONTACT US PAGE, if you are unable to
make your call to us during those hours, we will be happy to take your
call Monday thru Friday, no earlier than 8:30AM EST and no later than
8:30 PM EST. If your call is not answered right away, it will be
answered by the next business day. If your phone number comes up RESTRICTED on our Caller ID, your call will be sent to voice mail and we will return your call as soon as possible. Additionally, if you are calling from outside the US, please only contact our Shipping Department at 912-727-2833; if your call is sent to voice mail, please leave an email address on the message so that we may contact you back by email as we do not make calls outside the US.
